U.S. Shipping Options

 

Once payment is received, you will receive an email with the payment confirmation. Your order will be shipped out within the next 24 to 48 hours. Shipping and tracking information will also be made available in your shipping confirmation email. Shipping cost is calculated by the weight of the combined products and where you are located. 

**Please Note** The *Time in Transit Data* are estimates from USPS and FEDEX. Please add 2 to 3 business days of order processing and payment verification time.

Most package weight arrive within 3-6 business days once payment is verified.

 

Delivery Time

 

Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information is accurate.

 

International Delivery

 

International shipping cost range depends on your location. Please email customerservice@groomingstore.com, with your country and the beauty products that you are interested in and we can provide you an international shipping quote via email. International orders typically take 10-21 business days.

**Please Note** Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

 

Damaged Shipment

 

If you receive a damaged product you must contact us immediately. There is a 24 hour grace period, once you have received the damaged item. There is no exception to this rule. Each order delivery has a tracking number with detailed information including the date and time of the shipment. If you contact us after the 24 grace period, your replacement request will be denied. During your order checkout, you have acknowledged our Terms and Conditions and our Shipping policy.If a product is damaged during shipping, again you have 24 hours to contact us. We will replace the damaged product at no charge and we will ship the replacement product to you for free. Please send us a picture and an e-mail describing the damage to returns@groomingstore.com, and we will reply to you with instructions on what to do with damaged package.Please save all the packaging and contents. Most of our packages are insured, you are required to help us fill out an insurance claim for the damaged order to receive the replacement order or product.

 

Large Quantity Bulk  Orders

 

Large orders may require additional shipping cost. Also discounts may not apply to certain items or orders.

If items are purchased in bulk different rules may apply.

Customers placing bulk orders are ineligible to participate in any loyalty programs.

 

Delivery Issues

 

Due to rare occurrences with the USPS and FEDEX delivery services, packages can unfortunately get lost. This may be due to an incorrect address or delivery issues beyond our control. However, the customer will be held liable for the lost package if it is determined that you have provided us with an incorrect mailing address or incomplete address. All shipping carriers provide a shipping address verification program to verify, if it is a legitimate shipping address. Unfortunately, once the order is in transit, we are unable to reroute packages. If we do receive the return package, the customer will be notified via email for the correct shipping address. The customer will be charged for the shipping cost to have the package shipped out again.


There are no exceptions to this rule.

 

Although this is rare, occasionally the shipping address you type in has errors. When we create your shipping label, if there is an issue with our address checking system, we will email you to verify your shipping address and wait for your response. If an incorrect address was provided and the package is delivered to the incorrect address, we are not responsible for the customer error. If the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any return fees and additional shipping costs. We can reship the package, but you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost. If you do not want the package, only if we have received the package back to us, will only refund the order amount and not the shipping and handle charges.
