COVID-19 Store Changes


We hope that you have been staying safe during the pandemic and we look forward to reconnecting with you very soon at your next service. As you can imagine there are some changes that have been implemented in our barbershops for the safety of customers and our employees.
 
 
New Temporary Hours:
 
  • Ballston Quarter:
    Wed – Friday: 12pm -7pm
    Saturday: 9am – 5pm
    Sunday: 12pm – 6pm
    Monday & Tuesday: Closed

  • Ashburn:
    Wed – Friday: 12pm -7pm
    Saturday: 9am – 5pm
    Sunday, Monday & Tuesday: Closed

Barber Services:

  • All customers receiving a haircut must get a wash.

  • We have temporarily suspended all Classic services except the Signature Groom and the Young Man’s Signature Groom.

  • We have temporarily suspended all beard services and shaves (No service can be performed that requires removal of facial hair).

  • We request that you please come to your barber appointment unaccompanied. Please do not bring children, significant others or friends.
 
Retail Shopping:
 
  • Please make a list of any retail items you need.  We are happy to collect them for you prior to check out.

  • You may also purchase retail goods at our online store and pick them up at our Ballston Quarter location.
     
Social Distancing: 

  • All clients and employees will be social distancing except during your service. 

  • No customers can wait inside of the barbershop (front desk will call or text to come in when your barber is ready).

  • We will be reducing the number of retail customers that can come into the store to no more than 1 customer at a time (unless family members are together.)

Face Protection & Sanitation:

  • If you have or have had a fever, symptoms of COVID-19 or known exposure to COVID-19 in the prior 14 days, we ask/require that you reschedule your appointment. 

  • Per Governor Northam's orders, a face mask must be worn at all times by all customers and employees in the store and barbershop. Because of the nature of our industry, we request that you wear a face mask that hooks behind each ear. (Mask may not be removed during any service)

  • All of our barbers will wear face masks and gloves while performing barber services.

  • There will be periodic cleaning of all surfaces throughout the day.

  • We have discarded all magazines as we are unable to sanitize them.

  • You may bring a drink for yourself, but it must be covered. We will not be offering drink service at this time for your safety. 

  • We are a cash-free business. Please bring your credit/debit card, gift card or apple-pay for payment.

  • Please limit your touch points while in the store. All surfaces touched by guests must be cleaned and sanitized by employees between each client.
